Considering writing a review of the new StreetPass Plaza games. I feel like I could go ahead and do it now, but after the Pokemon convention this weekend, I should have made tons of headway in case there are some hidden things later on.

I'm interested. I'm debating on getting Mii Force.

Mii Force is my second favorite. The 2 star difficulty bosses at least are becoming bullet hell unless you streetpass/hire someone who can shoot down enemy fire. (You get 3 attempts at a level until you lose all streetpassed/hired help)

If you like well-written games, possibly the best out there is the Zero Escape trilogy (999 and Virtue's Last Reward).

I liked the demo for Virtue's Last Reward, but there are too many other games I would prefer. I'd get 999 cheaply, but my ds lite is partially dead, so I couldn't easily play it. I'd have to import it, hence ds lite.

Playing Virtue's Last Reward. I swear, if Clover kills everyone ONE MORE TIME... (spoilers?)

Mystery Dungeon is also better than I thought it would be. Eventually, I will probably try to review some of these for here, since most of my big reviews are for P2R now.

That game is by far the worst in the series. Play Explorers of Sky.

Perhaps in single player. But from what I've heard it has the best multiplayer.

Maybe, but everything else suffers immensely. The story is dull and seemingly endless, there are very few Pokemon compared to other games, and the overall experience is just boring. I gave Explorers of Sky a 9/10, but Gates to Infinity a 6/10.

In my opinion, Gallade is better than Meloetta, who needs a turn to set up to be really effective. Having both makes your team less balanced. Also, Xatu is good for setting up defenses or bouncing back things. But in the end, it is your choice.

My head hurts from trying to understand everything that happened in the last ending of 999. Seriously, if you like story-driven games, pick this (and the sequel) up now.

that's a DS game originally, right? I saw it at GameStop used the other day but only the cartridge. What's it like?

Point and click mystery with 6 different endings and very dark tone. I also enjoyed all the adult humor they hide in the game if you click/say the right things.

Oh so it is like Deja Vu or ShadowGate? Or more like Myst/ Riven / Exile? Either way I love point and click. i'll have to grab the first one next time I see it.

Thanks to Hellfire for a rousing gym battle! I started pretty rusty, but got my head back in the game in time to squeak out a close 2-0 victory.

Yeah, it can take a while to save up for all those items. I feel like someone in either BW or BW2 gives you a toxic orb, but I can't remember where.

A very decent article, save for this:
"Did Sega have Mario, Metroid, or Donkey Kong?" No, Sega had Sonic, Golden Axe, and Streets of Rage (Bare Knuckle). That one line is completely irrelevant. lol

Basically, any games I buy on release day will likely get reviewed there. However, I can still do older reviews here, like I will probably do for Night Sky and Paper Mario (unless the one here is already good).

The worst part about writing video game articles is when you are required to pick a "Game of the Year."

IMO it is needlessly difficult to try and objectively pick the best title. Maybe try TotalBiscuit's approach and just pick whichever game you personally enjoyed the most and spent the most with, even if you believe it has flaws.

        Just my 2¢.
